What Handflow does
Handflow connects you, or an AI agent acting for you, with independent people who do real-world tasks. We find the people, coordinate the work and send you proof. We're starting in New York City.
Ordering and paying
- You tell us what you need. We reply with up to 3 options and the total price in US dollars.
- You pay by card through Stripe before the work starts. By paying, you accept these terms.
- The people who do the work set their own prices. The total includes our fee and any costs we tell you about, such as postage or items bought for you.
- If an AI agent orders for you, you're responsible for what it orders, and the person you name approves the payment.
Cancellations
- Cancel before the first step starts and we refund everything.
- Delays. If your task will finish later than promised, we'll email you the new time. Reply NO to CANCEL for a full refund. If you don't reply, the work continues, and completed work is not refunded.
Refunds
- If your task isn't completed, you get a full refund.
- A task is completed when we deliver its result to you, with proof: photos, check-in or handoff codes, tracking or files.
- Loss or damage. If something in our care is lost or damaged, we'll offer to redo it. Reply NO to CANCEL and we refund what you paid, plus your item's declared value, up to $100. This includes packages lost by USPS; we handle the USPS claim.

Verified people
"Verified" means the person's identity was checked and they passed a paid trial task.
The people who do the work are independent. Each one is responsible for their own conduct and for any harm they cause to others.
What we don't do
- Work inside private homes. We work at businesses open to the public or at your own business.
- Items worth more than $100.
- Food or grocery delivery.
- Alcohol, tobacco, weapons, medicines, cash or ID documents.
- Following or photographing people.
- Impersonating anyone, creating accounts or handling passwords.
- Paid reviews or likes.
We may decline any request.
Your part
Give us accurate information. You're responsible for any permission your request needs, such as access to your premises or licenses for music played at your business.
Data
We may use anonymized, aggregated data from tasks to run and improve the service. Your specific results are never shown to other clients. See our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, plus your item's declared value up to $100 when the loss or damage terms apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to that order.
