What we collect
- When you request access or sign up to earn: your email, your city and what you write in the form, or what your AI agent sends us through our MCP server or API. If you sign up to earn, also your name.
- When you order: your contact details, the details and addresses of the task, and the proof we collect, such as photos, codes, tracking and files.
- Payments go through Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
- If you work with us, Stripe collects and verifies your identity and tax details.
- Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, including a check by Cloudflare that you're human.
How we use it
To reply to you, run and verify tasks, pay the people who do them, prevent fraud and improve the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from tasks to run and improve the service.
Who we share it with
- The people doing your task see only what they need for their part.
- The providers that run Handflow: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, forms and email, and our email provider.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information.
Emails
We'll only email you about Handflow. To stop, reply "unsubscribe" to any email.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal duties. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Children
Handflow isn't for people under 18.
